What does $299 include?

Full setup and unlimited use for 3 months.

Do I need to give access to my aXcelerate account to a third party?

No! Unlike other integrations, you do not need to create a new user in the system for the Dates Extender tool. Only existing admin users in your system will be able to use it and all actions they perform will be logged in aXcelerate under their name giving you a great visibility of any action taken.

I do not wish to give access to all my admin users. Can this be restricted?

Yes. By default all admin users with permissions to access class enrolments and resulting can access the tool, but it can be further restricted.

I have funded and non-funded data. Can the tool be used on both?

Yes, absolutely! You can filter your data based on funding source as well as state of delivery.

I would like to keep using the tool beyond the initial 3-month period as I am reporting monthly/quarterly. How does that work?

For any calendar month after your initial 3-month period in which you need access to the tool you will be charged $60+GST.

Can it fix all my AVETMISS errors?

Unfortunately, not. It can fix dates-related errors, but any errors regarding invalid USIs or student contact details have to be fixed manually.

Is it worth purchasing?

It depends on the amount of time it can save you. If you deal with 20 or 30 dates-related errors in a month and you can fix them manually in 15 minutes, then no. If you have hundreds or thousands of errors to deal with, then 100% yes 🙂

How long does it take to set up for my RTO?

Between 1-2 business days.
